reading the housemaid as the immediate followup to finishing crime and punishment literally felt like i just watched a tiktok of pure brainrot. entertaining in the moment and easy to digest but junk food nonetheless. this weekend i learned about chinese youth and their twist on garbage time, the concept of garbage time, and the word eustress from the post ’type out the code’ on the blog ‘haskell for all.’ great piece on the importance of staying sharp because the way you do the little things is the way you do the big things. i also wrote my own blog post about why there is no wall between software developers and architects like there is for building developers and architects.
